Yes! The soft gel mask can be heated in the microwave for 15 seconds for soothing warmth.
Are the gel packs latex-free?
Yes! The Arctic Flex gel packs and the fabric cover are latex-free.
Is the eye mask washable?
Yes, the fabric cover should be hand washed with cool water and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. The gel packs should be wiped down with a damp cloth and dried immediately with a lint-free cloth.
Can I remove the fabric cover?
Yes! The soft fabric cover is removable.
Can I adjust the straps to fit my head?
Yes! The strong fastener strap is adjustable to fit most head sizes up to 25” in circumference when measured around the head at eye level.
What is the gel pack made of?
The gel pack is constructed with a latex-free vinyl exterior and filled with a safe, non-toxic gel.
How do I use the gel eye mask pack?
Place the eye mask pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the gel pack from the freezer and secure it in the included fabric cover if desired. Apply the gel pack to the affected area for up to 20 minutes.
How long does it take to freeze the eye mask?
It will take a minimum of two hours in a standard freezer to reach the optimal temperature for soothing, cold therapy.
Will the gel eye mask help with pain relief?
Yes, the Arctic Flex pack provides 20 minutes of cold or heat therapy for relief from sore, puffy eyes, dry eyes and headaches.

Can I use this pack for heat therapy?
Yes, the gel pack is suitable for heat therapy. First, remove the fabric cover, then microwave the gel pack only for 15 seconds, followed by 5-second intervals if necessary. Remove the pack from the microwave and secure it in the fabric cover. WARNING: Do not exceed 150 degrees.
